Audience members who arrive by 6:30 am are sometimes admitted into
the studios. Others can wave and say hello to Mom from behind the
plate-glass windows. Airs 7-9 am Monday-Friday. W. 44th Street and

MTV Studios
Though tours are given only to employees, clients and charitable
groups, you can get a pretty good peek at the action just standing
below their second-story, glass-fronted studios in Times Square.
Apart from the NASDAQ stock ticker, the MTV studio building is one
of the rare spectacles that prompts New Yorkers to actually look
upward. Tickets to some show tapings are available, according to MTV
producers, to people who appear to be between the ages of 16 and 28.

NBC Studio Tours
It's a good idea to reserve well in advance of your visit: The tours
fill quickly. No children under age 6 are allowed on the tour.

The Late Show with David Letterman
Folks interested in bearing live witness to the madcap spectacle of
Stupid Pet Tricks, Stupid Human Tricks and Dave's famous Top Ten
List can obtain tickets by mailing in a postcard to the show's

tickets per card request, and you must be at least 18 years old to
attend. Expect to wait several months for a reply.) You can also
call the day of the show to see if there are any standby tickets.
